Wholesale Terms & Conditions
currently Karess Krafters does not offer its handmade soaps for private label
PROCESSING and DELIVERY TIME:
We pride our business on fresh, quality handmade soaps and make every effort to process and
ship orders (once funds have cleared our account) within two weeks. However, it may take up to
20 business days before your wholesale soap order is processed and shipped.
We soap orders every day except Saturday and Sunday. Our busy season begins in September
and ends mid December. During this time production and delivery times may increase by as
much as 4 weeks, so please plan your orders accordingly.
We will contact you after receiving your order with an estimated delivery date ONLY if we will
exceed our two week processing time. Once your order is ready for shipment you will receive
confirmation via email with tracking details. We ship order via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Local
deliveries are welcomed (within the RTP area) for a $10 delivery fee per order. ALL shipping and
delivery fees are paid by the customer prior to shipment or delivery. At the present time we
cannot offer pick-ups.
PACKAGING
All of our soaps are packaged in kraft boxes with label. If you would like to receive your soaps
without Karess Krafters packaging, please be sure to select no packing when ordering your
soaps. Each of our logs are cut into 4 oz, 3x1x3 size bars.
DAMAGED GOODS and SHORTAGES:
All packages must be opened upon receipt. Damaged items or shortages must be reported by
email within 48 hours of package receipt. All damaged goods must be mailed to us within 5 days
after initial contact for verification. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All
replacement soaps will be in the same fragrance as the original item(s).
CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, RETURNS and REFUNDS:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept order returns, issue
refunds or credits. We will review potential returns only on a case-by-case basis. No returns
will be accepted without pre-authorization. Please note that all of our soaps are created by
hand, therefore slight variations will occur from batch to batch. We cannot accept returns due
to slight color, texture or visual character deviation. This is a common occurrence with
handmade items. We strongly suggest placing a small order on our retail site prior to placing
your initial wholesale order to try our products. Our retail site is http://www.karesskrafters.com.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Cash, Money Orders and Local Checks. For your convenience
and protection, all credit card transactions are processed by PayPal® and can be paid online at
the completion of your order. NO order(s) will be processed, shipped or delivered (local
customers only) prior to funds clearing our account. If you are paying by check/money order
please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days to clear. Payment by this method will add
additional time to the processing of your order, so please plan accordingly. Full payment is
required at the time of ordering. Any check/money order purchases will not begin production until
it is received by us. If your check/money order payment is not received within 7 days after initial
order your order will be deleted from the system. Payments should be mailed to

CONDITIONS OF USE:
There should be no modifications made to ANY product labels or the product itself.
WHOLESALE PRICES:
Our prices are subject to change at any given time. However, the discounted amount will remain
the same.
ACCOUNT SET-UP:

account is activated for wholesale purchasing
By setting up a wholesale account you have agreed to the terms and conditions of our wholesale policy
ORDERING:
All approved wholesalers may place their order via our online store. Once your wholesale
account is approved; you will receive notification of its status. All wholesale orders
receive 40% off our retail prices. All orders must be at least $100.00, with NO
minimum product unit purchase. For example, you may order 2, 4, 6 or more of any
product.
