This quilt was beautifully hand-quilted in 1985 by
award winning quilt maker, Louise Stafford. She
made this quilt in Bremerton, Wash., when she was in
her 90s. Originally from Kentucky, Louise's mother
had her cut quilt pieces for her as a child. This quilt
measures 84 x 102. There are currently two of Louise's
quilts displayed at The National Quilt Museum.
