Why we use clay in our soaps:
Clays have been used to benefit the skin since ancient
times. Minerals are absorbed through the skin to cleans,
nourish and soften. Our beautiful clay soaps will help
moisturise the skin, remove dead skin cells, revitalise the
complexion and remove toxins from your skin.
Where does clay come from:
Australia’s ancient geology provides us with a huge range
of minerals. Clay is a natural resource taken from the
earth’s crust. Over millions of years of weathering, rocks are
broken down into smaller and smaller particles, forming
into clay.

Yellow clay helps to nourish and
hydrate your skin with the
combination of Corn Mint, Mandarin, Lavender and

We have around 70 different varieties of handmade soaps and our range is
constantly under revision with new products added regularly. We have soaps
to suit even the most sensitive skin. All our soaps are very long lasting,
produce an abundant creamy lather and leave skin feeling clean and fresh.
Our handmade soap is made from scratch using only quality, all NATURAL
INGREDIENTS that include sustainable sunflower, coconut, vegetable, rice
bran, castor & soy bean oils. Our soap is scented with only luxurious pure
essential oils or high quality fragrance oils; we also add goatsmilk, olive oil,
extracts, herbs, spices, colours, clays and natural botanicals for exfoliating
texture.
In our hand crafted soap we use the cold process in which all our ingredients
are mixed at a low temperature. This process retains all the natural goodness
of the base oils and essential oils. In the saponification process large
quantities of natural glycerine is produced which remains in the final bar of
soap.
Handmade soap does not strip your skin of its natural oils the way
commercial products can. In hand-crafted, homemade soap the moisturizing
glycerine remains in the soaps. Glycerine is removed from commercial soaps
and they are then milled to produce a very hard, bar of soap. Hand-crafted
soaps are not milled, nor is the glycerine removed. Try a bar of hand-crafted
soap and test for yourself. Hand-crafted soap has to be experienced to be
appreciated fully.
