Valentine’s Day 2014 chocolate gift assortments and a special event. Mark your calendar for the 11th
Annual Food from the Heart Celebration at the Ferry Building on February 7th where Recchiuti will
be selling a special Whoopie Cake. Handmade in Recchiuti’s San Francisco production kitchen, this
year’s Valentine’s offerings have something for everyone.
Hearts in Motion Box (9 pieces; 3.5 oz; $26)
Recchiuti’s signature Burnt Caramel truffles decorated with
whimsical “Hearts in Motion” images, nestled in an elegant black
box adorned with a crimson satin ribbon.
Amour Box (16 pieces; 6.25 oz; $45)
The universal language of love is chocolate. Say those "three little
words" in sixteen bite-sized ways. The 16-piece Amour assortment
contains our most popular flavors, including Burnt Caramel, which is
adorned with an image of hearts. This assortment comes in a classic
handmade platinum box finished with a crimson satin ribbon.
Grand Amour Box (32 pieces; 13.25 oz; $85)
Three layers of our finest artisan chocolates including: Fleur de Sel
Caramel, Ginger Heart and Lavender Vanilla truffles. The Burnt
Caramel is adorned with an image of hearts. This assortment comes in
an elegant handmade platinum box finished with a crimson satin

Take the creamiest dark chocolate truffle, enhance it with Schramsberg
Blanc de Noirs from Napa Valley and add a kiss of confectioner's sugar.
Champagne Truffles come in an elegant handmade platinum box finished

XO Box (16 pieces; 5.85 oz; $40)
Indulge in a little extra loving with our XO Box, containing two
limited edition seasonal confections: raspberry-kissed chocolate
ganache and creamy raspberry filling is contained in our dark
chocolate geodesic dome and rich dark chocolate hugs decadent
Force Noir ganache with a whisper of vanilla bean, molded into a
heart shape. The “passion red” box comes with a platinumembossed sleeve.
Valentine’s Platinum Collection (88 pieces; 2.2 lbs; $168)

Valentine’s Day Special Events
Join Michael and Jacky Recchiuti for the 11th Annual Food from the Heart Celebration at the
Ferry Building Marketplace, Friday February 7th from 5:00 to 7:30pm. Recchiuti Confections will be
selling its infamous Whoopie Cake, created just for the event, with a portion of the proceeds going
to Slow Food San Francisco. Open to the public.

Recchiuti Confections’ Valentine’s Day products can be ordered immediately and will be available in
retail stores and on the website starting on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Orders must be placed by
Wednesday February 12, 2014 by 1pm PST for Valentine's Day delivery (subject to product
availability).
