BACKGROUND
The East Texas Treatment Facility is in Henderson,
Texas. This facility is the largest treatment facility in
the state of Texas.
The facility provides chemical dependency treatment
to male and female, post-adjudicated offenders.
MTC provides all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance and repair of all buildings and
grounds, safety and security, food and medical services and rehabilitative programming to male and female
population.
