OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
“ESPNLA Fall Football Tour” Sweepstakes:
I. SPONSOR
ABC Radio Los Angeles Assets, LLC, licensee of KSPN-AM Los Angeles. (Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Sponsor”).
II. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes are open to all legal California residents age 21 years or older at the time of entry.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months,
immediately preceding the starting date of the sweepstakes, performed services for KSPN-AM, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling,
administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor
companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall
mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same
residence at least three months a year.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
From September 9 to October 6, 2013, visit any of the approximately 29 participating Southern California Buffalo Wild Wings ® locations during store
hours. Text the appropriate keyword, “WINGS” (9/9-9/15), “BEER” (9/16-9/22), “SPORTS” (9/23-9/29) and “BDUBS” (9/30-10/6) on-site to enter the
sweepstakes. Texts must be sent to Sponsor and received by 11:59:59PM (PDT), October 6, 2013 to be eligible. Find your nearest participating

ALTERNATE FORM OF ENTRY: Send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: ESPNLA Fall Football Tour Sweepstakes, c/o 800 West Olympic Boulevard
Suite A-200, Los Angeles, CA 90015. Include Entrant's first and last name, date of birth, home address, phone number including area code, email
address (if available) and signature. Entries must be received by 11:59:59PM on October 6, 2013. Only eligible entries received by Sponsor during the
Sweepstakes Period will be accepted. Only one Alternate Entry per person, per envelope. If more than one Alternate Entry is in an envelope, all the
Alternate Entries will be void. All entries will become the property of Sponsor.
Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Sweepstakes is limited to only ONE entry/person/day.
No premium charges will be made separate from any charges the cell phone carrier may receive, depending on your phone plan. Standard carrier text
messaging and data fees may apply. By entering via text, you grant Sponsor your consent to call your cell phone should you be selected as a potential
winner.
Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated methods will be disqualified. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of
running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or
affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Text sent by entrant does not guarantee receipt by Sponsor. If
canceled, Sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to determine the winner using all non-suspect eligible entries received up to the time of
cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial, delayed or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind in connection
with entries or the entry process, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. In the event of a
dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account, not the name on the entry form.
IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
One (1) grand prize winner will be selected at random between October 7-11, 2013 from all valid text entries received from all participating Buffalo Wild
Wings ® locations.
Grand prize winner will be notified by phone by Sponsor the following week. Response to winner notification must be received by Sponsor within two
(2) business days or the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.
Entrants who have won any other prizes on ESPNLA 710 within 30 days of entry are not eligible to win this sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received at the time of each drawing.
Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.
V. PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) trip for two (2) to a destination of the winner’s choice as selected from a list of destinations with each
destination available only on the dates specified (“Trip”). Trip, regardless of destination, will include:
o
Round trip coach class airfare for two (2) from a Los Angeles area airport to an airport near the destination city *;
o
Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy);
o
Two (2) tickets to one (1) professional football game at the destination as chosen by winner as set forth hereunder.
Grand Prize Total: approx $2,000.00
Available Destinations (with specified travel dates):
San Diego (October 13-15, 2013 – Sun-Tues) - *$500 cash prize substitute for airfare
Green Bay (November 3-5, 2013 – Sun-Tues)
Washington D.C. (November 24-26, 2013 – Sun-Tues)
Seattle (December 1-3, 2013 - Sun-Tues)
Final actual value at time of booking and travel may be substantially more or less depending on dates of travel, point of origin and ticket availability.

All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any
prize valued at $600 or more.
Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of
equal or greater value.
Prize is subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of event or for other circumstances that make it impractical or
impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to
fulfill this element, Sponsor’s only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of the prize.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be
final in all respects.
By participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless ABC Radio
Los Angeles Assets, LLC, licensee, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc., Buffalo Wild Wings
International, Inc., BWW ® restaurants, whether or not a franchisees, and its and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, advertising and
promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their
respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, actions, claims, injury, death, loss or
damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in
programming or promotional material, in any media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if
applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or
materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize winner must: (a) provide proof of winner’s age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules
compliance and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return
releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state of California and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or
suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it
impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the contest as originally planned.

sweepstakes end date.
