1 Inscription principle for a company to the PSA
PEUGEOT CITROEN’s B2B portal.
A company is referenced in the PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN’s Suppliers
Database thanks to a COde FOurnisseuR (COFOR) (Supplier CODE). This
COFOR is made up of 2 parts:
The company code: 6 characters.
The site code : 2 characters.
Both parts are separated by 2 spaces in the complete syntax.
Ex :
A0001C
01
Company code
site code
2 spaces
When we speak of COFOR 6, we speak of the company code (root code)
When we speak of COFOR 10, we speak of the complete syntax: Company
code + 2 spaces + site Code.
In the Supplier Database, the companies are organized on 3 levels:
Level 1 Group
(SSG)
Level 2
Siège Social de Société (SSS) (Registered Office of the Company)
Level 3
Site
(SIT)
A site has the same COFOR 6 as the Registered Office of the Company to
which it is attached.
But its site code is different.
Except in some rare cases*, the inscription to the PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN’s
B2B portal is only performed at the sss level.
It is sufficient to allow the members of staff to access the data of their
company whether they belong to the sss or to (x) SIT, as the information,
within the applications, is segmented on the base of the COFOR 6.
* Particular case of the Bilbao application.
This application allows exchanging the CAD file between PSA PEUGEOT
CITROEN and its suppliers. According to the volume of data interchange,
various technical solutions are proposed. Thereby a configuration of the
exchange flow is required and it is necessary to more particularly identify
the entry point at the supplier’s.
 Therefore, only for this application, PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN’s B2B
portal accesses can be opened at the SIT level when needed.
