QUICK GUIDE for TIPTOP ERP SYSTEM
I. SETUP THE WORKING ENVIROMENT AND LOGIN
1. at TKP or HPGP
1.1.
From IE - Type the address : http://192.168.10.5/tiptop.html
After that the Tiptop system welcome screen will appear. Click to Intranet Login
2. FROM HN & HCMC BRANCH OFFICE or at HOME
2.1.
Login to Remote Desktop by your account:
Start/Programs/Accessories/Remote Desktop Connection
2.2.
Connect and login by your remote account ( tkcfc.dyndns.org / hpgp.dyndns.biz )
Type your user name and Password
2.3 After that you can see the icon on the desktop of the remote server

Click to the Genero Desktop Client Icon then you can find the small Icon of this
program at the corner of the taskbar (near to the system clock)
Right click to the small Genero Desktop Client Icon and chose the HTTP menu
After that the Tiptop system login window will prompt out.
3. LOGIN TO THE TIPTOP SYSTEM BY ERP ACCOUNT
Now you can use your ERP account for login to the Tiptop system
3.1.
Type your Account name and the Password (When created new user M.I.S usually set
the default by your Employee Number and the password is: cfc1234.
After login system will reminding you should change the password for security.
3.2.
Choose the data center then click OK to work.

II. CHANGE THE PASSWORD
After login you can click to the Change Password button
Type your Current Password and your new password. Click Accept button for finish
