How to Report Faulty TOE Equipment
Overview
Since June 2012, we are on a maintenance only contract for our TOE equipment. This is a trust-‐wide decision for all CPGs (excluding CPG 6), saving the trust nearly £200,000 per year. The maintenance contract is sJll with MIUS and covers two services per device per year. It does not cover repairs to faulty equipment. From now onwards, all repairs will be paid directly from individual CPG budgets.
