All routes to the hospital have low-floor wheelchair accessible buses, and there are good connections from several tube and mainline rail services. Car share: If you must travel in a motor vehicle, please be considerate to pedestrians and cyclists. You might find it possible to car share, splitting the cost (not to mention environmental impacts) with someone on a similar journey take a look at https://london.liftshare.com/ to see if someone is coming the same way as you - particularly if you come in frequently. Why not offer them a lift, or take a lift yourself! Most importantly whichever way you choose to travel, please have respect for other road users, and keep each other safe. Share the road - and we’ll all get along better.
