Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the competition and prizes form part of these
Terms and Conditions of Entry. By entering the competition, entrants
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to all members of the public who hold a registered ABN
(Australian Business Number) and are residents of Australia. Employees
of the promoter, immediate families, and agencies associated with this
promotion are not eligible for entry.
3. The competition commences Monday 1st July 2013 (9am AEDT) and
concludes Thursday 31st October 2013 (5pm AEDT).
4. Entry is made by registering business details through the promoters
website (www.bizeek.com.au) which can also be via links contained in
marketing emails from the promoter ([email protected]) or via links
contained on the promoters Facebook page
(www.facebook.com/bizeek.com.au). Limited to one entry per ABN.
5. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and discarded. The promoter
reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to have tampered with
the entry process, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
securities, administration securities, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
the competition.
6. The two (2) winners will be drawn at random on Monday 4th November
2013 (5pm AEDT).
7. The two (2) winners will each receive a Flight Centre Travel Voucher
valued at two thousand dollars ($2,000). The vouchers are valid until 1st

Flight Centre Issued Terms and Conditions:
These terms apply to all gift cards and electronic vouchers issued by or on behalf of Flight
Centre Limited (“FCL”) trading as “Flight Centre”, “Student Flights”, “Escape Travel”,
“Travel Associates”, “Cruiseabout” or “Travel Club” (each a “Gift Card”). By purchasing,
redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to the following terms. Gift
Cards are redeemable at participating FCL retail stores located within Australia. Unless
otherwise stated on the Gift Card, Gift Cards are valid for use within 12 months from the
date of issue. Gift Cards may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto the
Gift Card which is unspent at the time of use. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the
available balance of the Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment
method. May be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part,
no change will be given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases, but
will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded
and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or
any other form of currency. You are responsible for the use and security of your Gift Card.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. You are liable for all
transactions on your Gift Card except those caused by fraud or negligence by FCL or its
employees. Defaced, mutilated or altered Gift Cards may not be accepted, replaced or
refunded. Gift Cards may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts. Personal
information collected in relation to your Gift Card will be handled in accordance with
FCL’s Privacy Policy which is available at www.flightcentre.com.au

and conditions and any disputes arising in relation to them.Questions or problems relating
to Gift Cards should be directed to FCL’s Gift Cards department on
[email protected] or (03) 9026 3859. Complaints about purchases made with a
Gift Card should be resolved directly with the store concerned.
8. Total prize pool has a value of four thousand dollars ($4,000).
9. The prize is not negotiable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for
cash. The promoter is not responsible or liable for any change in the value
of the prize between the date of publishing and the date the prize is
claimed.
10. The winners will be notified via email and may also be notified via
telephone using the details provided in their entry on Tuesday 5th
November 2013. The business name and state of winners will be
published on the promoters website (www.bizeek.com.au) and Facebook
page (www.facebook.com/bizeek.com.au).
11. By entering this competition, the entrant allows the promoter to use the
entered entrant’s information for marketing and consumer research
purposes.
12. If for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the
promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the promotion subject to written directions of any
relevant authorities.
13. All entrants consent to the use of the entrant’s information, any
photographs and logo’s for an unlimited period of time without
remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition and its
outcome.
14. The promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and residency.
The suitability of the identification is at the discretion of the promoter.
