Vertue Trading Pty Ltd develops and operates the Diamond Traders Program©. It consists of Two Levels, listed
below is how you can qualify to receive Level One at no cost and how Level Two (Live Content) can be
completely rebated by your “LIVE” trading activity.
“A trader normally purchases the Diamond Traders Program© to receive access to the inclusions (listed
herein).
Level Two of the Diamond Traders Program© and the Vertue Trading Pty Ltd ProfitGuard© attracts a monthly
connection fee of $299 per month to access these products.
By agreeing to try the “Live content” (Level Two) of the Diamond Traders Program© and the Vertue Trading
Pty Ltd ProfitGuard© by making payment of the connection fee for 1 month. Star Financial Markets Pty Ltd will
then provide Level One and Level Two of the Diamond Traders Program©. After trying (Level Two) of the
Diamond Traders Program© and the Vertue Trading Pty Ltd ProfitGuard© you choose not to continue (after
the 1-month period) then simply write to Vertue Trading Pty Ltd requesting cancellation by providing 1
months’ notice . (See conditions below).
Remember, you still get to keep full DTP Level One access!

The Level Two of the Diamond Traders Program includes “Live” content (as described below).
This is accessible by all members using one of two methods.
1. Pay a monthly connection fee of $299.00, or
2. Under this offer trade the equivalent of 5 standard lots per month with Star Financial
Markets MT4 and receive a rebate of $299.00.*
* Using the Star Financial Markets MT4 “Live Trading” offer you will be rebated $299.00 into your trading
account if your trade volume is equal to or above the hurdle rate at that time. (see Terms and Conditions). It is
important understand that you should only trade “Live” funds when you are ready. If your “Live” trade volume
for the month previous is equal to, or greater than, 5 standard lots, Star Financial Markets MT4 will rebate
$299.00 to your “Live” trading account.

Your own unique access to “The Trading Lounge”
Operating five days per week “The Trading Lounge” is an interactive environment that enables you to log in
from any computer, from any location, and watch our professional trading coaches analyse and trade the

markets using exactly the same methodology taught by the Diamond Traders Program .
Our traders/coaches identify trades and place orders in real time, live in the room. You are able to ask
questions directly via Trading Lounge Chat Box and our trading coaches will answer your questions
immediately through your computer speakers. You can also converse with other DTP members via the Chat
Box.

Strategy Alerts
Using Twitter notifications our trader/coaches will Tweet you a direct signal alert, for your consideration,
when they identify a trading opportunity.

Live Support
The trading support team operates Skype online support each day from 10.30am to 6.30pm 5 days per
week. Skype support is separate from the trading sessions. Skype support is designed to allow you to be
able to contact our Diamond Trader Support Team instantly.
NOTE: You are under no obligation to begin trading Live or to trade at a certain level. The rebate offer is
available each month, but it is your decision alone to meet all, or any months, rebate criteria. The rebate is
considered independently for each month traded.
Terms and Conditions.
1. You agree, understand and accept that this rebate offer made by Star Financial Markets MT4
is not an inducement to place any trades whatsoever.
2. You agree, understand and accept that the opening of a live account is subject to the
relevant anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing “Know Your Customer”
checks under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 and the
Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Regulations 2008.
3. Star Financial Market reserves the right to add 2 pips to the spread at its own discretion.
4. Star Financial Markets MT4 rebates are equal to Level Two of The Diamond Traders
Program©, the “Live Content” and Vertue Trading-ProfitGuard. This connection fee is
currently $299 per month and therefore the agreed rebate amount. Note: Multiple accounts
do not qualify for multiple rebates even if more than one account reached the volume
required.
5. Star Financial Markets MT4 can only pay rebate amounts to your trading account.
6. Whilst Star Financial Markets Pty Ltd recommends the products, (The Diamond Traders
Program and Vertue Trading-Profit Guard) it cannot and does not guarantee or warrant the
performance, and does not offer technical support for the Diamond Trader systems and
strategies or the Vertue Trading Pty Ltd-ProfitGuard.
7. The required $500,000.00 total volume (equivalent to 5 standard lots), it is calculated using
the following formula:
At the end of each calendar month, Star Financial Market MT4’s clients receive a
monthly statement. This monthly statement contains a “Size” column. The size is
depicted as follows.
i. 0.01 equals 1 Micro Lot
ii. 0.10 equals 1 Mini Lot
iii. 1.00 equals 1 Standard Lot

8. Rebate payments will be made to qualifying accounts on or before the last working day of
the month following and will be made via rebate to your trading account.(The exception
being December, in this case the rebates will be paid by the 15th January)
9. Star Financial Markets MT4 may cancel or alter (at their sole discretion) the level of the total
volume required monthly to qualify for the rebate program at any time. At least one months’
notice will be provided.
10. Should you decide to cancel your access to the Vertue Trading Pty Ltd Level Two “Live
Content” after the first months’ payment of the connection fee you will need to provide at
least one (1) calendar months’ notice in writing. You further accept and understand that the
connection fee is paid monthly in advance to Vertue Trading Pty Ltd and that part months
are not calculated.
11. By agreeing to the offer(s) contained herein, you hereby acknowledge that Vertue Trading
Pty. Limited strongly advise that each trading system is dedicated to a separate brokerage
account in order to prevent software conflicts between Expert Advisors and/or manually
entered positions. As a practical example, the ProfitGuard Trade Mirror, the Javelin
Algorithmic Trading Strategy, the FXO Trading System, and the MTF System must each be
traded from different accounts. This also applies to market entries using your own
strategies, whether they are entered manually, or via third-party Expert Advisors. Vertue
Trading Pty. Limited cannot be held liable for monetary loss to your account(s) if you choose
to ignore this advice.
12. Any alteration to these terms and condition shall be posted on the Vertue Trading Pty Ltd
website. The version posted on the site shall be the latest edition and will override any
previous. By posting on the website it shall be deemed and accepted that you have been
provided notice.
