supported by a $2.4 million Community
Transformation Grant from the Centers for
Disease Control (CDC). Quality Quest applied for
the two-year funding on behalf of the

will help improve social and emotional
wellness.
A recent survey of students in
Central Illinois found:


Why is it important?
Depression is not part of normal
development – with treatment
success rate is high
