How to obtain Voraxaze® (glucarpidase) Out of hours (5pm – 9am, 7 days a week)
To purchase Voraxaze® for emergency shipment outside of normal
working hours, please call Clinigen’s Customer Service team:
Hours of operation: 5pm – 9am, 365 days a year including bank holidays.
Calls to Clinigen’s regular Customer Service number will direct customers
to the emergency number during out of hours.

For an order to be processed, the following criteria must
1) Patient requiring immediate shipment of Voraxaze®.
2) Completed Patient Access Form.
3) Regulatory approval (if patient is outside of the UK).
4) Signed Purchase Order or email confirmation of price
acceptance with PO reference number.
Clinigen acknowledges enquiry immediately and sends
documentation pack via email which includes all the
information and paperwork needed to access the product.

location & order quantity)
2) Advice on regulations surrounding the use and importation
of unlicensed medicines

The process described is for emergency access and immediate
Product will be immediately dispatched upon receipt of Patient
Access Form to arrive at the hospital within 24hrs
Clinigen’s Customer Service representative will be solely dedicated
to the order and available to discuss any aspects with the customer.
