ABOUT THE CONTEST AND HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Buddy Moments Contest (herein after referred to as the "Contest") is hosted by Huetrap.com on the terms
and conditions as stated hereunder:
1. The Contest shall be hosted on the website: www.huetrap.com. The viewers interested in participating in
the Contest need to submit the same on the said Website during the contest period and in accordance with
the Terms and Conditions.
2. The Contest will commence on Monday of every week at 9:30 hours Indian standard Time (“IST”) and shall
end on Saturday of the same week at 18:30 hours IST on the Website.
3. The Contest would be announced via the Huetrap Facebook page and also on the Website.
4. Final winners will be chosen on the basis of creativity and other associated factors as decided by the
Huetrap.com judging panel. The decision of the judging panel would be final and binding.
5. Winners will receive free Huetrap.com tees. This can be selected by the winners themselves, only from the
special Buddy Moments Collection on the website.
6. Incomplete entries and entries submitted after the Contest Period shall not be considered and shall be
deemed null and void.
7. Huetrap.com shall not be responsible for any technical problems and / or any other difficulties of similar
nature, due to which the participant is unable to participate.
8. Huetrap.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant from participating in the Contest.
9. The participants shall ensure that the entry / entries:
i. Shall not violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to, privacy rights, copyrights,
trademark rights and / or any other intellectual property rights.
ii. Is not harmful, or objectionable in any manner.
iii. Does not violate any law for the time being in force;
iv. Does not impersonate another person; or use false profiles
v. Does not mislead or communicate any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in
nature;
vi. Does not contain software viruses or any other computer code / files / programs.
10. The participant(s), must ensure the entries are original and the participant has all rights to use, and
authorizes Huetrap.com to use, any and all rights in the entries as it sees fit
11. The decision of the judges will be final and binding
12. In the event of any discrepancy as to the date and / or the time of receipt of an entry / entries,
Huetrap.com shall have the final decision in resolving such discrepancy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST
1. The Contest is open only for residents of India who access the Website page of www.huetrap.com from an
Indian IP address.
2. Non-resident Indians are not eligible for participation in the contest.
3. This Contest is strictly governed by the laws of India including the Privacy Laws of India
4. The participants must have attained the age of 18 years to participate in the Contest.
5. Employees (including their immediate family members) of Huetrap.com and others associated with the
Contest in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO CLAIM THE PRIZE
1. To claim the Prize, the Prize Winner must have valid ID proof of identity and any other document as may be
required by Huetrap.com at its sole discretion;
2. The name of the winner will be confirmed and posted on the Website as per the timelines stated herein.
The selected Entries will be put up on the Website at the end of the Contest Period.
3. Huetrap.com shall contact the Winner on the email id and / or the mobile number which he / she would
have submitted along with the Entries. Winner will need to provide his / her address via email and / or SMS
within 24 hours of receipt of email / phone call from Huetrap.com failing which Huetrap.com may select
another winner. Failure to contact the winner may result in another winner being chosen at Huetrap.com’s
sole discretion.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be
bound by any decisions made by Huetrap.com in its sole discretion, including any interpretations of the Terms
and Conditions.
2. Huetrap.com is not responsible for any loss of entries for any reason whatsoever due to any problems faced
by the participant.
3. Entries are void if incomplete, damaged, tampered with, falsified, mechanically reproduced, irregular in any
way or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Huetrap.com reserves its right to select and declare the winners (or not to declare if no satisfactory entry
has been submitted). Decision in this regard is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
5. By participating, the Winner agrees to release Huetrap.com of all liability. All decisions of Huetrap.com are
final in this regard.
6. Mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the Participants to win a prize.
7. The Prize cannot be negotiated or refunded, and by no means will cash equivalent be given. Only the
Winner/s, and no other person or agent, may claim the Prize.
8. Huetrap.com has the right to substitute the Prize with other Prize of similar or equal value, as determined
by Huetrap.com in its sole discretion.
9. Huetrap.com is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein.
10. Huetrap.com will not be responsible for any loss or damages unless due to wilful misconduct or gross
negligence, to the Participant or any of his / her representatives
11. The Participant specifically agrees not to file damages and relief claims in person or through anyone /
anything else, any applications in any courts or forum in India against Huetrap.com in connection with the
Contest.
12. By entering into the Contest, the Winner will provide Huetrap.com with all rights in all mediums to portray
him / her as a Contest Winner and to use this material without any compensation whatsoever for advertising
and publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law.
13. Under no circumstance shall Huetrap.com including its office bearers, volunteers, partners and promoters
be liable to the contestant and / or any third party for any loss in any form, even if Huetrap.com has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Non-conformance of these rules will result in immediate disqualification of the participant / Winner from
participation or winning the Prize as the case maybe.
PRIVACY POLICY
Certain information will be gathered in the process of this Contest (“Personal Identifiable Information”). This
Information will only be used for processing the results of the Contest, declaring and informing the Winners of
the Contest.
Huetrap.com reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of this Contest and to alter or terminate
the Contest at any time.
The decisions of Huetrap.com and its representatives shall be final and binding on all aspects of the Contest.
The Contest shall be governed by the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the Contest are
subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Tirupur only.
