How to check intended section’s course capacity

In order to check availability of the IS100 sections you should login to Student Affairs
Information System (http://oibs.metu.edu.tr), and then, you should click on View Course
Capacity link. Click on View Course Capacity link to proceed (Figure – 1).

You should fill the required fields on the View Course Capacity Login page and then click on
Login button as shown in the Figure – 2. Read following descriptions to learn how to fill
required fields.
o Usercode: First 6 digits of your student id beginning with letter “e”.
o Password: Your METU account’s password.
o Course Code: IS100 course code. It is 9010100.
o Number: What you see in Image.

Course Information page will be opened. On this page, you can see total and used capacity of
the course by sections and check whether the section you want to attend is available or not
(Figure – 3).
For example, I would like to
register to section 7. The course
capacity is 28 and only 25
students are registered to that
section. This means that 3 more
students can also register.
