How to apply?
When you apply online, you are requested to include the following documents. It is
recommended to have all documents ready before you start the online registration.

Required documents are:
1. A copy of your passport or European ID card (front and back of ID card).
2. A copy of your diplomas and most recent final grade lists.
3. Contact details of your school and student counselor.
4. Motivation letter and resume. Reference letters from former employers (if applicable)
5. Mandate form or proof of payment of selection day fee.
Dutch applicants:
6. A copy of your proof of enrolment for an Economics / M&O course or certificate, if
applicable (Dutch applicants with a HAVO C&M diploma without Economics or M&O).
7. A copy of your proof of enrolment for a language course or certificate, if applicable
(Dutch applicants with a HAVO/VWO or MBO-4 diploma without a second foreign
language).
International applicants:
8. A copy of your TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge test results, if applicable. (International
applicants who have not followed at least two years full time education with English
as the language of instruction in the preceding three calendar years).
9. Grade lists/diplomas need to be provided in the original language. An official English
translation needs to be added in case the original language is other than Dutch,
German or French.
Selection day fee:
The fee for the selection procedure is € 150. Applicants with a Dutch bank account need
to fill out the attached mandate form. Applicants with a foreign bank account need to
upload a proof of payment for the selection procedure. Please transfer the selection day
fee to the Hotelschool’s account, stating the name of the applicant and ‘Selection Day’.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cannot attend the selection day, please let us know as soon as possible via e-mail
([email protected]). You are kindly requested to also state the reason why you
are unable to attend. If your cancellation is received at least one week prior to the
selection day you were invited to attend, your participation fee will be refunded to you
minus administration and processing costs (€ 35). Cancellations received less than one
week beforehand do not qualify for a refund.

The online application will take about 45 minutes
After creating your account your user name and password will be sent in an e-mail.
Do not forget to activate your account in order to submit your application.
If you do not receive the e-mail, please ensure you check your junk mail.
