Family Discounts:
• 1st child pays full price
• 15% off the 2nd child’s class

Summer FLEX 48 hour Registration Policy:
All Registration requests are guaranteed with 48 hours request before desired class. If you are registering on a week-to-week basis ONLINE, you must submit a
registration request and receive a confirmation e-mail by the following times, otherwise you can call to check availability:
Monday classes-request submitted by Thursday 12pm
Thursday classes-request submitted by Tuesday 12pm
Tuesday classes-request submitted by Friday 12pm
Friday classes-request submitted by Wednesday 12pm
Wednesday classes-request submitted by Monday 12pm
Saturday classes-requests submitted by Thursday 12pm
In person or over the phone registration are only guaranteed with 48 hours before the desired class
Summer Flex Make-Up Policy:
Due to the nature of the 11 week Summer Flex Schedule, there will be NO make-ups, credits, or refunds given for missed classes.
No Family Registration Fee.
Cancellation Procedure:
We reserve the right to cancel/combine any classes due to low enrollment. Refunds or credits are only given for: class cancellation by Mini-Hops or serious
medical illness only (physicians note required).
Special Events (MH Mania & KidVenture Camps) Cancellation Procedure-If you should have to cancel, MHG does not refund, only credits will be given with
at least 24 hour notice and no credit will be given with less than 24 hour notice. We reserve the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment. If MHG has to
cancel an event you may choose a refund or a credit.
MHG Registration Procedures:
We maintain strict coaching ratios in all programs. Registration is open for all classes, any term at any time, which is the great for those busy parents with
multiple children in the program. The downside is, our classes and camps fill quickly and we register on a first come first served basis. It is super
easy to register, follow the directions below:

Sign the liability waiver online or in the gym
·
Register online or call to sign up for the particular classes/events that fit your schedule
·
MHG will take the following forms of payment: check, cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Inclement Weather:
Closing information will be posted on both wcco.com and 830wcco.com, you will receive an email and it will also appear on our website at www.mini-hops.com.
(Note we do NOT link our closing decisions to any particular school system).
A Punctuality Plea:
Moms, dads, for the sake of your child as well as the other children, please be on time!
Being late is more distressing to children than most parents realize.
What to Wear:
Leotards, warm-ups, fitted gym shorts and t-shirts are recommended. Please no jeans. Being barefoot is best in the gyms. It is best if long hair is put in a
ponytail, and please remove all jewelry before coming to class.
