System(s) Used: Plant Receiving Region - Controlled Storage Transaction ID 'MHX6' Inputs / Outputs of Process: Inputs: Receipted Material within storage or at point-of use. Outputs: RDR Form (Red or Black) Frequency: On demand Additional Frequency information (if applicable): Definitions: See RM001 Acronyms for an extensive list -----> RDR - Receiving Discrepancy Report Content/Quantity RDR - Condition found when conducting Blind Tally of inbound material that reveals a discrepancy between the Part Number(s) and Quantity(ies) listed on URL and the Part Number(s) Quantity(ies) actually received. Damage RDR - Condition found during receiving process that reveals damaged material on an inbound trailer. Hidden RDR - Condition found after receipt has been processed that reveals parts in a container that is labeled to contain Part 'X', but when opened, it is found to contain Part 'Y'. Or labeled to contain one quantity of parts, and is found to contain a different quantity. Adjust RDR quantity(ies) in Controlled Storage and verify with Plant Await disposition from plant Process Material Accordingly (Use, Scrap or Ship) EOP EOP EOP PLANT EOP/PLANT END Note: ALL RDRs must be submitted at the time of receipt to the plant in accordance to GP051!
