Candidates can apply only online application form. No other mode of application will be
accepted.
INSTRUCTION FOR APPLYING ONLINE
Before applying online, candidates should(i)

Scan their photograph, Signature and Marks Sheet ensuring that the photograph, signature
and Marks Sheet are within required specifications.
Keep the necessary details/documents ready.
Valid personal email ID will be necessary. College can send important information regarding
admission on your own Email.
Fill up Own mobile number correctly.

PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING ONLINE

Candidates are first required to go to the college website www.rmcadmission.in , Click on Online
Admission Link.
Candidates will have to enter their basic details, like course for enrolment, session, name, etc.,
and Click on Submit Button. Candidates are required to upload their photograph, signature and
Marks Sheet as per the specifications given in the Guidelines given below.
Candidates should deposit the application fee through Credit Card/Debit Card or Net Banking
only.
GUIDELINES FOR SCANNING AND UPLOADING THE PHOTOGRAPH, SIGNATURE & MARKS
SHEET
Before applying online, a candidate should have
a) His/ her photograph, Signature and Marks Sheet- scanned as per specification given below:PHOTOGRAPH IMAGE:

A recent passport size colour photograph.
2.
Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred). (1x1.5 inch)
3.
Size should be between 20kb-50kb.
4.
Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50KB. If the size of the file is more
than 50 KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution etc., during the
process of scanning.
MARKS SHEET IMAGE:
1.
Dimensions 400 x 450 pixels (preferred).
2.
Size should be between 20kb-50kb.
3.
Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50KB. If the size of the file is more
than 50 KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution etc., during the
process of scanning.
SIGNATURE IMAGE:
1.
The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black pen only.
2.
The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
3.
If the Applicant's signature on the application form, does not match the signature at the time of
the admission, the same will be rejected.

Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred). (0.7 x 0.3 inch)
5.
Size should be between 10kb - 20kb.
6.
Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 20kb.
SCANNING THE PHOTOGRAPH, SIGNATURE AND MARKS SHEET:
1.
Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch).
2.
Set the Color to True Color.
3.
File Size as specified above.
4.
Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the photograph, signature & Marks Sheet, then use
the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified above).
The image file should be JPG or JPEG format. An example file name is: image01.jpg or
image01.jpeg Image dimensions can be checked by listing the folder files or moving the mouse
over the file image icon.
Candidates using MS Windows/ MSOffice can easily obtain photo and signature in .jpeg format
not exceeding 50KB & 20KB respectively by using MS Paint or MSOffice Picture Manager.
Scanned photograph, signature and Marks Sheet in any format can be saved in .jpg format by
using 'Save As' option in the File menu and size can be reduced below 50KB(photograph/ Marks
Sheet) & 20KB(signature) by using crop and then resize option (Please see point (i) & (ii) above
for the pixel size) in the 'Image' menu. Similar options are available in other photo editor also.
If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed.
While filling in the Online Application Form, the candidate will be provided with a link to upload
his/her photograph, signature and Marks Sheet.

PROCEDURE FOR UPLOADING THE PHOTOGRAPH, SIGNATURE AND MARKS SHEET:
There will be three separate links for uploading Photograph, Signature and Marks Sheet.
Click on the respective link "Upload Photograph, Signature & Marks Sheet".
Browse and select the location where the scanned Photograph, Signature and Marks Sheet file has been
saved.
Select the file by clicking on it.
Click the 'Open/Upload' button.
PROCEDURE FOR DEPOSITING THE APPLICATION FEE
To press Submit button after fill up entire information demanded in application form. You will view entire
information after pressing on Submit button in which no changes/ modification will be allowed. After
completing the application form Click on “Submit”. Then click the mouse “Print this Page”, take out the
print out but don’t close unless you have deposited “Application Fee”. There after the “Pay application
fee” will generate automatically & then complete the process of payment, till final transaction of payment
has been completed. If the payment is not complete the form will not be accepted.
By the side of “Print this page “, click on “Pay application fee”. You will see a pay money form, whose
sample is as follows:
Click on “Make Payment” button, after filling up required information in the form. You can see
“Login to Payumoney” Form
If you are depositing the application fee through this system first time, then –
Click on to “I am new to payumoney”. Type own email, Mobile Number & password. There after Click
on “I agree to payumoney term & condition”. Click on “Continue”, Payment option will generate, Make
payment as per option/Convenience – Credit or Debit Card or Net-Banking.
If you have made payment through this system earlier, thenClick on “I have Payumoney Password”. Type Email & Password , Then Click on “Continue”. Payment
option will generate, Make payment as per option/Convenience – Credit or Debit Card or Net-Banking.
ADMISSION WILL BE REJECTED IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE.
If an applicant does not have Credit or Debit Card or Net-Banking of his/her own. Then he/she can
use others Credit or Debit Card or Net-Banking, but in such case the mobile number & Email of the
concern person should be given in this box the “sms” alert and email could be sent.
Instructions Not Followed Properly Will Lead To Cancelation Of The Application Form
Your Online Application will not be registered unless you upload your photograph,
Signature & Marks Sheet and application form, complete in all respect.
Note:
(1) In case the face in the photograph, signature & Marks Sheet is unclear, the candidate's application
will be rejected. After uploading the photograph, signature & Marks Sheet in the online
application form candidates should check that the images are clear and have been uploaded
correctly.
(2) After registering online, candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated
online application forms & fee receipt. The same will be required at the time of admission.
