What is shared ownership?
Also known as ‘part buy/part rent’, this
government funded initiative helps first time
buyers purchase a share in a brand new home.
A subsidised rent is payable on the remaining

buyers get a foot on the property ladder and
work your way up to 100% ownership.

Council) will be given priority. People who are
