Matthew has worked in agency
since 1994. His experience was
built initially in the London markets.
In 2005 he opened the Henley-onThames office with Nicholas Brown
before moving in 2010 to open and
establish the Horsham office. Matt
returned to Henley in 2013 to head
up the team.
Nicholas has worked in country
house sales in and around
the Henley area since 1984,
joining Knight Frank in 1994.
Over the years he has sold
many of the finest houses in
South Oxfordshire and South
Buckinghamshire.
Charlie began working in agency
in 2004. He is experienced in
dealing with a wide range of
properties and buyers, having
worked in the competitive
Docklands and City market and
Wimbledon.

Alexander joined Knight Frank in
2012. He began in agency in 2006
working for Andrews & Partners
of Gloucestershire and previously
at the Agricultural College in
Cirencester. He is experienced in
a wide range of town and country

Suzy started our lettings
department in the Henley office
in November 2012. Her agency
work began in 1999, working
part time for an independent
agency. She worked for Savills
in Henley, and moved on to run
Hamptons International largest
country office in Beaconsfield as
a Senior Manager.

At Knight Frank we are recognised as a transparent and ethical
organisation in all our dealings. In 2012 we sponsored a number
of local events including the annual NSPCC Christmas Fair at
Phyllis Court, which was a resounding success and the Henleyon-Christmas event which helped raise funds for local charities.
Nationally, Knight Frank UK supported Movember, a global
campaign to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health.
As a whole our network raised in excess of £14,000 for this charity.
