General Assessment of the Project
The project went well although it started late and the timetable had to be moved because of some
internal conflicts. But overall, all the seminars pushed through but the attendance or the number of
participants was not consistent.
IX.
Recommendation
(Should this project be done again in the future, what would you recommendation be to the next project
head? Include even small, but helpful details.)
The project should be done again in the future but it should be shortened and the training should be
implemented
implemented after the elections
elections so that there will be a fixed number of participants.
