Agenda Item: Resignations
Responsible Party: Nick Heath
1. Announced Andy Cozzolino resigned his position as PYF Chairman to
the Board.
2. Announced Angelique Knapp sent resignation letter as PYF's Secretary
November 6th 2012 to the board.
3. Announced both Nick Heath and Dennis Carter are resigning from VP
Tides, and VP Seahawk Positions.
Agenda Item: Concessions & Admissions
Responsible Party: Tera Baty
1. Due to Concession Manager's resignation discussed last meeting on
July 20th, 2012 Nick Heath and Dennis Carter contacted Young Life.
Young Life and PYF made an agreement to work concessions and split
profits 50/50. PYF set up and took down Concessions every Saturday and
shopped for goods. Young Life volunteers worked concessions every
Saturday. Money made from concessions amounted to $9,647.67 and the
cost of goods sold amounted to $3,448.73. Net Profit was $6,198.94.
Each program made $3,099.47.
2. Young Life has offered interest in working with PYF again in 2013. PYF
would benefit to find two Concession Managers to split the day up, who can
over see Concessions and work with Young Life, shop for goods, and find
volunteers to set up and break down concessions. No action made.
3. Money from Concessions & admissions were kept separated. PYF
collected $6,252.32 from admissions.

About 70 programs left, PYF did not mark programs down at the end of
season. A plan for programs that are left over should be discussed in the
future.

sell for using their services)

2. 2013 Registration fees could be lowered by $25 if PYF does as well or
better with fundraising as in 2012. No action made.
3. Financial Exam results letter from Ryan Jorgenson & Limoli was read
and will be available to anyone to review.
Agenda: League Updates
Responsible Party: Dustin Smith
1. League updates-5 pyf teams made playoffs, Graham has applied to play
in league for 2013, looking to Jamboree with Skyline, Bellvue, Mt Si etc,
would like less scrimmage and more fundamentals, league cost $700 per
team, each league team has to bring a stadium, no padded practice before
August, mentioned a better system besides birth certificates verifying age,
perhaps photo id's, league is still discussing options.
Agenda: Equipment

1. Greg will be available one last time on 12/16/12 at 2pm-4pm at lockers
for last chance for those who still need to turn in gear. Helmets were sent
out to Riddell, 10 rejected, ideas to purchase new resolution 360 helmets,
what can we do to get new football uniforms, possibly keep registration at
current fee have players purchase their own jersey, discuss later time with
new board, no action made.
Agenda: Vacant Positions

1. Open board positions and names of those interested, opened floor for
non board members to speak. (Besides board positions topics discussed
included Refs and Coaches)
2. Refs-head coaches have printed rules to address issues as they arise
get names and keep refs accountable
Coaches-how are they being selected?
Can there be more transparancy?
Should they be individally interviewed?
All coaches should be certified.
3. Nick asked for all non board members to leave the room. Board
members stayed to vote.
