Free parking is provided in Whitefriars car park on Deep St during the services - pick up a car sticker from the information desk and place it in your windscreen if you haven’t done already. We’d also love to invite you to our home for dinner to get to know you better and for you to ask any questions that you might have. Our next Newcomers’ Dinner Party is Friday 17th October - 8pm at our home. Please fill out a Newcomers’ dinner invitation on the information desk if you’d like to come to the next one. Owen and Claire Lynch Lead Pastors If you want to get involved at Severn here are 4 great ways to do that: Small Groups There are lots of fun and exciting midweek small groups happening this autumn term - go to www.severnvineyard.org/smallgroups to choose one and sign up online. Alternatively pick up a small group card from the information desk today! For more information speak to Dan Green (07816 638715). Volunteering When you get involved, you feel like you own the place! There are lots of opportunities to get involved. Pick up a ‘Getting Involved’ leaflet from the information desk to find out more. Sunday Gatherings Our weekly Sunday Gatherings (10.30am - 12.00pm and 7.30pm 9pm term-time) are informal and relaxed, a great place to introduce friends who are not familiar with church. These gatherings inspire and encourage us to connect with God and celebrate what God is doing within the wider community. Giving Financially By giving financially to Severn, you are investing in the health and growth of a vibrant community that will positively influence our city. For more information on how to give financially (including tax efficient giving), pick up the ‘Giving financially to the church’ form on the information desk. SERVING OUR COMMUNITIES Soup Run, serving the Homeless – Sat 25th Oct & Sun 2nd Nov Preparing and serving the city’s homeless with food and hot drinks. 8.30pm - 10.30pm. Sofabed, sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, washing machine, cooker. Thank you. Alongside the adults’ meeting, the children (from 6 months) have their very own groups suited to them. Just follow the signs up the stairs where the leaders will be ready to welcome your child from 10.15am - 12pm. Babies - if you would like a quieter space to feed your baby, please feel free to use the cosy corner in the auditorium. Our new Sunday Evening Service is called “The Burn Service”; a stripped back version of our morning service with a smaller crowd, but the same hunger and passion to encounter the Holy Spirit. Cause To Live For Conference – 21-22nd November! The Cause to Live For is the fantastic annual conference for students, 20s and 30s across the Vineyard movement in the UK and Ireland.
