The application was deemed complete on 10/3/14. The application and all supporting documents may be reviewed at City Hall, Department of Planning & Community Development, 135 E. Johnson Avenue, Chelan WA during regular business hours. Project Description: The application proposes a variance from CMC Section 17.20.020 to allow for future construction of a detached garage closer to the front property line than the principal structure.
