LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(2A)
THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
AT CARR LODGE PARK, GAGEWELL LANE, HORBURY, WAKEFIELD
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wakefield is considering the
disposal of a portion of the open space at Carr Lodge Park, Gagewell Lane,
Horbury, Wakefield. The area is to comprise 12m2 for the erection of a new
electricity substation plus approximately 23m 2 for the installation of underground
cables.
A copy of the plan indicating the land in question, together with further details,
may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours at the Reception
Desk, Wakefield One, Burton Street, Wakefield WF1 2EB.
Any person having an objection to the disposal should make such objections in
writing to the Corporate Property Officer (Ref: PM/JO/00807 – Carr Lodge Park,
Property & Asset Management, Wakefield One, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1
2EB to be received no later than 3rd November 2014 and must give full reasons
for the objections.
