New board member drives upcoming
IPO and international expansion
Dahlem-Schmidtheim/Düsseldorf. – Effective immediately James Kong has assumed the
position of CFO at ENTRADE Energiesysteme AG. This was announced by the company
in Düsseldorf today. Until recently, the US citizen led the London office of Ancoreage
Management Partners – a consulting company specializing in implementation effectiveness.

Mr. Kong brings extensive experience in the field of finance and among others has held
senior positions with global firms in New York, London and Los Angeles, including at Bank
of America, and the world’s leading asset manager BlackRock. He holds an MSc in Financial
Engineering from Columbia University, and BS in Biochemistry and Economics from Stony
Brook University. He is a native of Hong Kong and New York.
