site planner, industry veteran and co-author of MHI’s book “Renewing Your Manufactured Home Community” in an informative
and interactive discussion dealing with these difficult, often depressing community issues. Bring your questions and suggestions
to this important give and take session.

Weather you have an all age community or a 55+ community there comes a time that you need to help a good resident find
services to help them age in place comfortably. The PA Department of Aging will introduce programs at the state and county
levels that are available to seniors with diverse needs.

Act 40-2012 established uniform guidelines for the proper installation of relocated manufactured homes. This session will give a
code officials overview of who is responsible for completing the habitability guidelines and what methods are acceptable when
installing a manufactured home.
