The annual Coppell High School Homecoming Parade begins at 6:30 p.m. at the office complex on Canyon
Road where it will proceed to Coppell High School. All participants must complete an entry form, pay an entry
fee. Entry forms and payment must be received prior to the mandatory pre-parade meeting that all
entrants must attend to be allowed to participate in the Parade – no exceptions.

Wednesday, October 15, 2014 -- 6:30 p.m.

Parade Route:
Parkway to Coppell High School
Line-Up Time:
5:30 – 6:00 p.m. All parade vehicles will line up at the West end of
Parkway where it dead ends into North Coppell Rd. Each vehicle or
participating group will have their participant permit clearly visible on
the dashboard of the vehicle or in the possession of the participants.
Entry Deadline:
Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. Late entries will not participate
in the Coppell High School Homecoming 2014 Parade.
Entry Fee:
A fee of $15 is due at the time that the entry form is submitted. The
form and a check made payable to Coppell High School will be
submitted to Shelly Redding, Senior Class Sponsor at Coppell High
School Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Mandatory for All
Pre-Parade Meeting:
Thursday, October 9, at 5:00 pm. Coppell High School Lecture Hall. A
representative from each entry/vehicle will be required to attend the
pre-parade meeting! Participant permits will be distributed
at the end of the meeting.
Inclement Weather:
Should weather be a factor in determining whether or not to have the
parade, an e-mail will be sent to all participants by 10:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, October 15, 2014.

Candy and Handouts:
Candy may be HANDED to spectators – no throwing/tossing.
Flyers may be HANDED out, as well. You must e-mail your flyers to
