P layers have to produce their identity cards duly signed by the P rincipal & Eligibility form along with attested copy of SSC &
HSSC Board certificate otherwise they will not be allowed to participate in the tournaments.
The team have to bring standard size Football for their matches.
The team have to wear their college uniforms with numbers on it.
All the teams are requested to remain present at the beginning of the session.
Teams should report to P erson in-charge at least 15 minutes before to the commence ment of the matches.
Team will have to arrange their own lodging and boarding.
The tournaments shall be played as per existing rules and regulation adopted by the Association of Indian Universities.
No players will be allowed to play without shoes (Football)
The duration of the Football match shall be 80 minutes with an interval of 5 minutes at the end of the first 40 minutes.
The participating teams shall change the side at the end of First Half.
If a game ends in draw, the match shall be decided by the penalty tie breaker unless as explained below, five penalty kicks shall be
taken by both the team one each alternately. The team scoring the maximu m numbers of goals shall be declared as Winner if the
result is not decided yet Captain/Coach shall nominated another set of five players who will take the kick alternately of each side
till result is decided, provided that equal numbers of kicks shall have been awarded to each team which team shall take the first
penalty kicks, shall be decided by spin of Coin. Each captain shall nominate five players to take the penalty kicks on behalf of his
team. The substitution rule shall not be applicable during the penalty the breaker rule.
Every college sending its team to participate in an Inter Collegiate Tournament shall appoint a whole time employed,
responsible male or f emale staff member along with the team to look af ter its welfare.
The team shall consist of not more than 20 players and not more than 20 merit certificates shall be awarded.
