Dear Sir and Brother,
Notice is hereby given that the ninth Annual Assembly of the Grand Court of the Masonic Order of
Athelstan in England, Wales and its Provinces Overseas will be holden at the Freemasons’ Hall, 80
London Road, Leicester LE2 0RA on Saturday the 25th October 2014 to which all members of the
Order are invited.
Grand Court will be opened at 11.00 am punctually and brethren are requested to take their seats not
later than 10.40 am. All Brethren are requested to sign the Attendance Sheet located in the
appropriate Robing Room.
The meeting will be followed by Luncheon at approximately 13.15 pm and all Brethren whether
intending to take luncheon or not, must register directly with the Deputy Grand Secretary not later
than the 10th October 2014 on the attached form, enclosing full payment.
Telephone or email applications will not be accepted and applications received after the deadline
cannot be guaranteed places in the Temple or at the luncheon.

PS. For those travelling to arrive at Leicester on the evening of Friday 24th October 2014 a warm
invitation is extended to join members of the Scarlet Mantle for the meal following their meeting that
evening. This is open to members who are not Knights of the Scarlet Mantle. For further details please
