Registration is from 9:30-10:15a.m. Presentation will begin at 10:30 a.m. and end at 2:30 p.m. with a
lunch break at 12 noon. There will be a raffle and the cash bar will be open. Coffee and water will be
available all day.
Registration Fee is $10.00 per attendee ($5 for Dept registration fee with handouts and $5 for lunch) to be
included with returned registration form. Fee for a Leadership Handbook is an additional $5.00, payable
with registration or at the workshop (only if you choose to purchase one for yourself or your Unit).
Please list your members who will attend and send the information, along with a check ($10 x # of
members plus $5 x # of books) made payable to ALA Unit #146. Send to: Lois Levenhagen, 228

The workshop will be held at our Veterans Center, 300 Beichl Ave, Beaver Dam, WI 53916. (Follow Hwy
151 to Beaver Dam and take exit #134/ Industrial Drive/Hwy B. Drive into Beaver Dam and at the first
Stop-n-Go lights turn LEFT onto N Spring St. Go about 2 long blocks and turn left onto Beichl Ave (Just
past Subway). Veterans Center is at the corner of Wayland and Beichl and across the street from Nancy’s
Notions.
