Thank you so much for your interest in the
Community Market. It is our desire to have a
high quality program that reaches into the
community. Below you will find the guidelines
for participation. Please read over them and if
you would like to participate then complete
the application and submit your check for the appropriate amount to the address. Please make sure you provide your e-mail address as we will confirm your acceptance through e-mail.
By completing the application, all exhibitors agree to the following:
________The date of the show is October 11, 2014
________ You are responsible for your own set up , tear down and clean up.
________You will arrive early enough to be completely set up and ready to receive customers by 8:30 a.m.
________You will not start to tear down your booth until 3:00 p.m. and agree to be completely done by 5:00
p.m.
________You will not sell anything that you did not list on your application such as: direct market etc..
________You are purchasing a booth at a church and your products and displays are in harmony with a Christian atmosphere.
________No food items will be sold at the vendor/craft spaces unless that is your approved booth. (such as:
dip and soup mixes)
______ Children are welcome to attend the craft show with you, however they are to remain under your supervision and not allowed to roam the building or grounds.
_______Reservation fees are non-refundable.
_______Booth space is one table and 2 chairs. The cost is $25.00. If a crafter would like to make a donation
to the silent auction conducted by the church, the cost is $20.00. Silent Auction donations must be received
by September 1st.
______Limited amounts of tables will have electrical outlets. If you request one of those, your total fee is
$30.00. and you will need to bring your own power cords.
In return for your reservation fee, you can expect:
_____A clean and appropriate facility.
_____Tables will be set up and your name will be on the number you purchased.
_____Advertising to have been done within the Good Shepherd organization and in the community and on
social media.
_____Clean restroom facilities available to you and your customers.
_____A lunch and snack bar will be available and open to all customers and vendors.
_____We will only approve one application per direct marketing business such as: Pampered chef, Mary Kay,
Longaberger. These will be approved on a first come first serve basis.

This is an indoor show, so we will be open regardless of weather. There is no refund of reservation
fees if you cancel for any reason.
