TRANSNET FREIGHT RAIL, a Division of Transnet SOC Ltd. invites all interested parties to respond to requests for
Proposals (RFP’S) as indicated below:

RFP documents for Cape Town may be obtained with a fee payable of R200.00. Documents may be collected on and after
Monday, 13th October 2014 at Transnet Freight Rail RME, Procurement office, Bellville Square, off Robert Sobukwe Road,
Bellville South, Bellville, Cape Town during the office hours 08h00 to 15h00.

A compulsory RFP briefing session will be held on 28th October 2014 at 10:00 am until 12:00. Details of the briefing session
are contained in the RFP documents.

All Tender documents will only be available from Monday, 13th October 2014 until Monday 27th October 2014 and must
be collected before 15h00. (NB: No tenders will be issued after this deadline).
