This two day course is for International Medical Graduates who are currently placed on the College
of Physicians and Surgeons of BC’s Provisional Register.
Upon completion of the conference, participants will be able to:
• Describe the model of care for practice in BC
• Identify services from provincial professional associations
• Recognize the terms and conditions associated with the College’s Provisional Register
• Evaluate the ethical and professional standards required of BC physicians
• Describe billing and documentation systems utilized in BC
• Access clinical and educational resources
