One practice per week may be scheduled by the
volunteer coach at a local park or school

All players will be contacted by their coach in early August. Please do not call the Parks and Recreation office to check on your player’s
registration. You will be mailed a receipt confirming that we have received your registration.
VOLUNTEER COACHES: Our youth sports programs rely on YOU to volunteer your time and help these young
athletes learn the game of football. Volunteer coaches act as a positive role model for the youth in our
community and help them build confidence and sport specific skills.
• We provide practice plans, training guides, coaching tips, and support to make sure you and your
team have all of the tools you need for a positive experience.
• Indicate your interest in being a volunteer coach on the reverse side of this registration form or with
your online registration.
DIRECTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
To use online registration you must be registered as a household. If you haven’t registered your
household, click on the ‘online registration’ link on our website at www.appletonparkandrec.org
and select ‘need an account’.
Online registration will be accepted for flag football at www.appletonparkandrec.org through
July 31, 2014. MasterCard and Visa are the accepted payment.
