Information from the Office of the Rail Regulator stipulates that in 2012/13 East Croydon station had in excess of 6.526 million passenger entries and exits. The kiosk is brand new and situated on the new over bridge adjacent to Platforms 5 & 6. DESCRIPTION The successful retailer will operate from a purpose built kiosk and must be entirely self-contained. There is no storage available with this kiosk. The kiosk has power, water and drainage. We only invite offers from retailers, we are not looking for any more coffee or catering. LEASE The opportunity is being offered on a bi-partite lease to expire on 22nd January 2016 however there may be an opportunity to enter into a tripartite lease on a longer term.
