This is a permanent exhibit in the UW Union, located on the second floor. Homecoming Mums WYO Gold will be selling Homecoming mums, a fundraiser for their Student Alumni Association, through October 7th. Guarantee yourself a mum by ordering early! Prices for mums are $15 each for UW Alumni & others ($13 each for orders of 10 or more) and $10 each for students ($8 each for orders of 10 or more). For in-­‐town Friday deliveries, please add an extra $3 to the price of your mum(s). The Big Event and 2014 Homecoming Kickoff
The Big Event is an opportunity for UW Students to say thank you to residents of the greater Laramie
community for the support they provide to college students. Our goal is to make this a BIG EVENT so
we can say a BIG THANK YOU. We encourage all students and faculty to participate in The Big Event.
The Big Event will kick off at 9am in the Wyoming Union with breakfast and a concert before students
depart for their service sites.

Alumni must register at the Alumni House on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. -­‐ 11:30 a.m. to receive the official discount coupon prior to going to the University Store. We will have special guests joining our parade including our own kid’s parade grand marshal. All floats must comply with the 2014 theme – WE ARE WYOMING. The floats must highlight this theme and showcase an effort to decorate in a professional and prideful manner. Entries may include floats (flatbeds, wagons, cars, buses, etc.) and marching/walking groups. Teams must line up by 8:30 a.m. at their assigned location, which will be communicated to groups by the UW Alumni Association. The parade will start at 9:30 a.m. Wyoming Union’s 75th Anniversary Celebration After the Homecoming Parade, celebrate our 75th anniversary with birthday cake in the Wyoming Union! The celebration will last until the cake runs out. 10:30 a.m. Art Department Alumni Brunch The Art Department will have an Alumni Brunch from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Visual Arts Building, Southside main entrance (22nd and Willett).
