I am happy to announce South Hills Karate Academy’s 44th (RT51 Location) Promotion Shim Sa (Testing). The testing list is shown at the bottom of this communication! Note that Mr. Weir is publishing the testing list for the Elizabeth location and will distribute internally.! ! The 44th Promotion Testing will take place on Saturday, October 25th. This test will be held at the main location. Please note that we will have Children and Adult students testing together, but please pay attention to the different start time for belt colors!! ! • White & Yellow Belts: 10:30AM Start Time! Noon Start Time! • All Orange Belts: 1:30PM Start Time! • Green Belts & Up: ! I anticipate the Shim Sa will conclude no later than 3:00PM. Please see me direct if you have any questions.! ! The 44th Shim Sa testing list below will be posted at the school. The list is based on current! attendance and student progression. If you name does not appear on the list and you feel! you are eligible for testing please see Master Garbowsky. Students who have had sparse! attendance should work with Master Garbowsky to assure that they can become eligible to test!! ! Students whose name appears on the testing list will be expected to attend at minimum two classes per week in order to properly prepare for the test.! ! We will hold a special Belt Specific Training session on Wednesday October 22nd in order to help students prepare. Please see the schedule below:! ! Testing Preparation Class - Wednesday, October 22nd! • 6:00PM - 6:30PM: White & Yellow Belts - Children & Adult! • 6:45PM - 7:15PM: All Orange Belts - Children & Adult! • 7:30PM - 8:00PM: Green & Red Belts - Children & Adult! ! Please pick up a copy of the test form during class. The test form must be filled out completely! and must be turned in by Friday, October 24th. The testing fee is $50.00. If you need help! filling out the form, please see Master Garbowsky. In addition, all students are expected to have on their Dobalks a South Hills Karate Academy School Patch. Additionally, please make every! attempt to join the Independent Tang Soo Do Association. Please see Master Garbowsky or!
