Required & Optional Forms per Competitor: Only the Competitor Information form and Volunteer
form are required.
Coaches: Coaching is required for Show Jumping Rally, and recommended for all phases of Tetrathlon.
All competitors may have a coach in the warm-up areas during the jumping phases and Stadium course
walks. Due to the schedule, please arrange to have separate coaches for your competitors on Classes 13 and 4-10. Clubs can share coaches!
Volunteers: The rally cannot run without the help of many volunteers. See the Volunteer Form in the
Competitor’s package for a list of where we need help. Please note no experience is needed. We will train
you before your shift starts.
Late Fees: A $25 fee for all changes, additions, request for missing paperwork for entries starting on the
Saturday before the rally that require a change of team or a redo of the schedule.
Refunds: Prior to closing date, written notification is required and the entry fee, minus $25 office fee, will
be refunded. After closing date, a refund will only be given with a doctor’s or vet’s note and will be the
entry fee, minus $25 office fee.
Unloading/Parking: We will have volunteers to assist you in directing you to your stall assignment and
parking. Please move quickly but safely to unload your horses and equipment. Please remember that
parents are not allowed in the barns from the official start of the rally until the official end of the rally.
Please see the HM Rulebook pages 5-6 for more details on this subject.
Neutral Zone: For this rally, the Neutral Zone is defined as area around the Show Office and concessions
area. Please remember this because we don’t want any competitors to be awarded a penalty for
unauthorized assistance.
Camping: Camping is limited. Cost is $50 for the weekend.
Stabling: Two bags of shavings are included with your entry fee. Stalls must be stripped clean &
swept prior to departure. Each competitor including Stable Managers must include a $25 stall
cleaning deposit personal check. Stable Managers stall deposit checks apply to Tack Rooms. Checks
will be deposited only if stalls are not stripped & swept clean or if the tack room is not completely cleaned
of all trash (see Tack Rooms). Checks will be shredded post-rally if stalls are clean & swept.
Tack Rooms: We will use stalls for tack rooms. Pony Clubbers are responsible for cleaning tack rooms,
feed rooms, and stalls of all trash, twine, paper, etc. Any team that does not strip their stalls clean and
clear tack rooms of all trash, twine, paper, etc. will forfeit their stall cleaning deposits. DO NOT use any
additional nails or screw eyes when setting up your tack room. (Note: If stall walls are tampered with in
any way (staples, nails, screw eyes, etc. the entire team will forfeit their stall deposits regardless of
whether or not the stalls are cleaned.)
Feed Stalls: TBD. If we use stalls for feed rooms, and the stall is not completely cleaned upon leaving,
then the entire team will forfeit their stall deposits.
