About Us
Jason Stross is a Licensed General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker. He started in
the Construction and Real Estate industry in 2000 after graduating from Florida State
University.
Mr. Stross graduated with a Finance and Marketing degree which has helped him flourish in
the Construction and Real Estate Business. Mr. Stross has built numerous new Residential
homes and additions, many Commercial remodels and alterations and has been involved in
the Development of several PUD (Planned Unit Developments) here in West Central Florida.
Jason Lee is a Licensed General Contractor in the States of Florida and Colorado. He graduated with a degree in Human Sciences from Florida State University in 1999. After 4 years as
an Athletic Trainer with local professional sports teams, he entered the Construction industry in
2003. Mr. Lee has been involved in the development, site prep and building of numerous residential and multi-family homes throughout the state of Florida.
Mr. Lee’s commercial experience as a project manager for a national construction firm includes
disaster restoration and reconstruction, new construction and remodeling as well as project consulting.
Clients range from small stand-alone storefronts to high rise condominiums, national hotel chains and retail
franchises.
