pants shirt, t-shirt jeans, track suit etc make sure they are appropriate (obscene and vulgar clothing will not be
allowed).

The organizing committee reserve the right to cancel a category or to move over the next category if there is less than 3
competitors in any category.
Junior must be complete 22 years of age may not celebrated its 22nd birthday and must present his NADRA original
identity card or NADRA original B-form along with photocopy.
Participant must submit all the necessary documents, name and details of men/women athletes and bodybuilders with 2
passport size photos and ID card copy for making security card to organizing committee.

I have read and understood the contest rules and regulation and category definitions and fulfil the criteria to compete and
decide to participate in the event on my own free will.
I am free to take part in any sports competitions and I am not serving a ban or suspension from taking part in any sporting
competition including bodybuilding
I declare that I participated in this competition on my own accord and shall not hold the organizers responsible for any
injuries, loss of property and/or health which may be sustained by me during the course of the competition.
I shall not withdraw from the event unless I have been advised by my doctor and have medical proof or letter from said
doctor to do so. If I do not turn up for the event without a valid reason and prior written approval from KBPSA. KBPSA
may take disciplinary action against me.
I agree to abide the rules and decisions of the organizing committee, the designated officials and KBPSA.
I agree to pay for the registration fee of PKR 500/= per category to Karachi Bodybuilding and Physique Sports
Association together with submission of the entry form page 1 to 6 and that KBPSA reserves the right to reject any
incomplete entry forms.
