 63 members are now fully paid. No other issues all going well.

VPM:
 Since 1 July we have 6 new members including latest induction of Anu Vijayan. With Josh
joining next meeting this will take us to 7, one less than second DCP new membership point.
 Reminded members that if they plan to use a projector/technology for their speech then to arrive
early for setting up before meeting starts. During the break may not be enough time.

VPE:
 Speech Craft course with 14 Students is now into 3rd week (2 completed & 4 to go). Michael
Fong is doing an exceptionally good job as the co-ordinator. We will need more TMs to assist
Michael. Please let Tom Woods or Michael Fong know if you are available to assist.
 Members should apologise for non-attendance, the moment they become aware that they will
not be able to attend a meeting.

PRESIDENT:
 Club International Speech Contest will be held on 4 Dec. If anyone not yet done the prerequisite 6 speeches but wishes to attend please see VPE ASAP who will assist you to
complete them before the contest.
 Encouraged members to attend some big TM events coming up:
i. Western Division Contest on Sun 26th Oct "The Australian Brewery - The Cool Room" 12pm
- 350 Annangrove Rd, Rouse Hill.
ii. D70 Semi Annual in Nov, please check D70 web site and register ASAP.
