BACKGROUND
Reatile Foundation Trust (Reg No IT2183/05) is a non-profit organization established by Reatile Group. Reatile is a
Tswana name which means we grow. Reatile Group (Reg No 2003/027219/07) is the holding company of Egoli (Reg
No 2006/009700/07) and Reatile Gaz. Reatile Gaz is an LP gas supplier and Egoli Gas is an energy supplier both
entities are owned by Reatile Group. In line with the Founder and Chairman of Reatile Group’s passion about socioeconomic development of the country, Reatile Foundation was established in order to uplift the previously
disadvantaged South Africans.
Reatile Foundation Trust is accepting applications for full-time Engineering students who will be enrolled for fourth year
degree in 2015.
Please take notice that this is a non-comprehensive bursary and it covers the following:
Registration fees;
Tuition fees; and
Books.
BURSARY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Must be a South African citizen;
Candidates should demonstrate a real capacity to make a difference in the country;
Studying for Engineering degree at UJ;
Must be registered as a full-time student in fourth year of study or for Honours in 2015; and
Must have obtained a minimum average of 65% in 2014.
INSTRUCTIONS
Application form can be downloaded from www.uj.ac.za/postgrad, and send through to PGC
1. All fields in the application form must be completed correctly; a failure to do so may result in your application being
rejected.
2. All Applicants must submit the following documents:
Completed application form;
Curriculum Vitae;
A motivation about your study and personal interest;
Certified copy of an ID document; and
An academic record (must include marks not a certificate)
