Aquila stands are based on a wide
column/chassis design suited to use in
medium and medium-large meeting spaces,
where groups of up to 15 people want to
present and exchange ideas, collaborate
between offices, or simply create an
executive space that enhances the meeting
experience. They are also ideal for use in
lecture halls, reception areas, atriums and at
exhibitions.

Due to their size and weight, Aquila stands
are usually permanently installed, although
small castors can be incorporated in the base
to facilitate minimal movement. The stands
will hold a single screen from 55”up to the
latest 80” models or, optionally, two 65”
screens can be fitted to create a consummate
presentation and video conferencing solution.

As an option, single screens mounted on an
Aquila stand can be orientated to portrait, to
create a digital easel when using a touch screen.
Utilising the wide 2U X 2 rack space, Aquila will
accommodate a media player, codec, amplifier or
even a digital TV receiver, enabling the stand to
be used as digital signage player, TV, or group
collaboration device. The collaboration version
includes camera mount and a wide stereo speaker
bar.

Meeting room tables
Introduction
The primary goal at Albion AV is to become the first
choice for organisations considering the creation of a
meeting place or space that is secure, comfortable
and able to house seamlessly the latest AV and IT
technologies.
Meeting areas and workspaces should inspire users
to keep returning and it is by creating spaces that
motivate people in this way that Albion can help to
exploit fully the return on investment on AV and IT
equipment.
With optimised workspace areas,
seating and viewing angles, Tacuna
tables allow groups to share equally a
single screen for conferencing and
video conferencing, collaboration,
presentations, or viewing digital
television. The modular design of
Tacuna allows the addition of that extra
touch of flair, or the matching of an existing
office theme, in order to make the meeting
room environment more attractive.
Tacuna meeting tables offer each
user the same video conferencing
or group collaboration
experience, regardless of where they
are seated, as the camera and audio
positions are always optimised for the size
of the group. Communications choices
include hardware or software-based Codec
(Starleaf, Vidyo, Cisco, Polycom, Lifesize,
Radvision etc.), as well as emerging products such
as Microsoft Lync.

Connectivity
Connectivity resources built into Tacuna tables can be customised to meet specific
requirements in a variety of ways. Using the custom connection interface, the desired
connectivity set can be easily and intuitively configured. The ergonomic design of the range
further enhances the ‘want to use’ core message that drives Albion’s product designs.
The main table body/chassis has rack storage with built-in universal equipment rack shelves.
This offers a high level of flexibility, ensuring that the user enjoys complete control of
system design, as opposed to it being dictated by the configuration of the furniture.
With sufficient space to house a dedicated PC, users can access their network area,
obviating the need to bring a laptop/PC into the room. Alternatively, users
can bring a tablet computer and make use of the room wi-fi to access relevant
information.

Tacuna - tables that motivate people to meet
Albion AV has concentrated more than 30 years of design and
manufacturing expertise to create Tacuna, a complete range of large
format display collaboration and video conferencing meeting room
tables.
Tacuna tables conform to the most common sized meeting room spaces in
the corporate, education, public sector, armed forces and education
markets. Typically these rooms suit small groups or teams of
people meeting either to collaborate locally or, increasingly,
to meet with colleagues based in other locations, by using
video and data conferencing.
The Tacuna range provides a choice of options that
covers the complete spectrum of collaboration
behaviours, from simple ad hoc meeting spaces through
to large and elegant executive boardrooms. It is scalable,
flexible and easily modified to accommodate current and future
technologies, either by upgrading components or, if required,

The RacKing range has been designed from
scratch to house increased levels of AV and
IT hardware in order to meet enhanced
communications requirements in the
corporate, education, public and
emergency services sectors.
