Genius Loci Architettura is a
prominent Italian architecture
firm, providing architecture,
interior design and planning
services for Italian and international clientele. Operating as
one firm with two offices in Milan and Florence, GLA is led by 3
Partners and 2 Directors. GLA’s
diverse portfolio comprises corporate, hospitality, residential,
historic preservation, retail as
well design services for diplomatic missions. GLA’s energy
team has the expertise to help
clients design, implement, and
maintain energy reduction initiatives for existing buildings or
new construction projects.
Sergio Festini Architects was
established by Sergio Festini in
2000 after several working experiences in Italy and abroad.
The practice focuses on architecture, ranging from building
refurbishment as part of the
requalification of former industrial areas, to building design
for residential, commercial and
service projects. Since 2003 the
practice has been particularly
active in projects commissioned
in Italy by international investment and real estate development groups.

Holding Real Estate.
STUDIO PP8 founded in 2005 by
Alfonso Corredor a structural
engineer with more than 25
year practical experience in calculation and structural design.
Studiopp8 has developed extensive experience in the calculation of any kind of structures
made of concrete and metal.
Thanks to the knowledge acquired directly on construction
sites in many years of activity,
studiopp8 is able to prepare
very useful design and draw for
the costruction site.The activity
mainly targeted the implementation of executive projects to
carry out the work.
ESA engineering srl is a leading
global engineering and project
management company. The
company operates in the field
of Civil, Commercial and Industrial engineering, offering a
full range of services: Electrical,
Mechanical Installations, Management and Control System,
Fire Prevention Systems, Acoustic Installations, Energy and Environmental Management Systems, Facility Management.ESA
engineering srl manages the
entire project and provides full
client’s support throughout all
the phases of design, construction, certification, supervision
and maintenance.
ARC.S is a professional firm
founded in Milan, Italy, in 2011.
The office applies a radical approach to the merging of ideas
between architecture, urban
planning and interior design.
ARC.S, has gained considerable
experience in the design and
management of complex interventions, thanks to their
partnerships with leading architectural firms in Italy, NY, Spain,
China and Indonesia
ARC.S is also focus on International Cooperation projects. It’s

Voltaire is a lighting design studio. Its architects and industrial
designers have been developing
for more than 10 years interiors
and exterior lighting designs in
Italy and abroad and they have
gained a solid experience in developing customer-made products. The studio’s first goal is the
total integration between light
and architecture, exploiting its
experience acquired through
the many projects developed
in the last few years. Voltaire
integrates its creativity with its
thorough knowledge of technical aspects, whose result is the
matching of the aesthetic design to the logic of light.
