world, nor is it the prayer of the utopian and
fanac, the stubborn world reformer. Rather, this
is the prayer only of the church-community of
children of the Earth... who persevere together in
the midst of the world, in its depths, in the daily
life...

Food Drive: Fall is here and that means its time to get
rolling on our annual community food drive. This year we'll
be collecting food for the Salvation Army's emergency food
bank and mobile outreach. Volunteers are needed to
distribute flyers in our neighbourhood (Oct. 26-28), and to
pickup and sort food (Oct. 31). Please sign up on the sheet
in the foyer.
