Theme: Strategies for Higher Performance for Senior Professionals in Government.

PROGRAMME: The course will combine elements of leadership & management
skills, Advance communication techniques in governance, creativity and innovation,
team and conflict management, motivation and delegation, performance appraisals,
emotional intelligence and sustainable development. The methodological approach
will be lecture/seminar presentations by University of Dubai specialists and other
leading international experts, combined with group work/discussion/report by the
participants.
PARTICIPANTS: The programme is expected to attract Local Government
Chairmen and other Senior Professionals at the Local Government Level.
TOTAL PACKAGE: N700, 000.00 (This covers hotel accommodation, visa,
breakfast, Lunch and coffee breaks, Course Fee and Transportation from hotel to
training centre. Full payment must be made on or before 10th, August 2014.
Things that are not included in the above fee are:
Flight Ticket, Activities/food and transportation on the weekend (Friday & Saturday),
Dinner each day (this is to offer flexibility to the candidates to plan their evenings as
Dubai as a lot to offer. Participants are responsible for their own travel and
subsistence costs.
