Key Duties:
Essential Requirements:
Ensuring that hotel bedrooms and bathrooms are
ready for guests to arrive into, and servicing rooms
for guests staying in house.
Essential Requirements:
Providing a high standard of cleaning e.g.
vacuuming, dusting, polishing etc in line with five star
service delivery requirements.
Ensuring the cleanliness of some public areas is
maintained.
Working within a team to ensure exceptional
customer service is provided.
Ability to work within a team.
High standards of attention to detail.
Strong time management skills.
Self motivated.
Desirable Requirements:
Previous relevant experience of cleaning to quality
standards in a similar role within the hospitality
industry.
Educated to GCSE Level standard or equivalent.
